What Time Is Check-In? What About Checkout?
For all of our RV sites, check-in begins at 12:30p.m. For our glamping and hotel accommodations, check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. All checkout times are 11:00a.m.
Can I Get a Late Checkout
If availability allows, the front desk may be able to arrange a late checkout—but additional fees may apply. In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan a prompt departure.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
As long as your reservation does not fall on a major holiday weekend and you provide adequate advance notice of your cancellation, we will gladly refund your deposit—less a processing fee. For RV sites, a minimum of three-days advance notice is required, and a $10 processing fee will apply. For hotel rooms, a minimum of three-days advance notice is required, and a $25 processing fee will apply. And for our glamping accommodations, a minimum of 10-days advance notice is required to provide us with enough time to re-book them. If your cancellation occurs any closer to your reservation, your first night’s deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are not refundable or transferable for reservations over major holiday weekends (including Memorial Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving). A deposit equal to the first night’s stay will be collected at the time of booking.
Can I Bring My Pets With Me to Palm Canyon Hotel & RV Resort?
Well-behaved pets are welcome in our pet-friendly hotel rooms and RV sites. But pets must be registered at the front desk upon arrival. Non-disclosed pets are subject to a $150 fine per pet. In our pet-friendly hotel rooms, no more than two domestic pets are allowed per room, each must be 50 lbs. or smaller and a pet fee of $50 for the duration of guests' lodging stay will apply.
All pets must be kept on a leash at all times (with a max length of 10 feet). They must remain in the care of their owner and may not be left unattended. We have convenient pet waste stations located throughout the property, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. All pet waste must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle. Pets are prohibited from entering resort buildings and amenity areas.
Noisy, vicious or unruly pets are not allowed. If a guest is not able to keep their pet under control, they must remove them from the premises or risk having the animal taken in by local animal control authorities. Pet owners will be held accountable for any injury or damage caused by their pets, and they are expected to resolve any issue directly with the injured party. Guests bringing pets should be able to provide proof of their pets’ current vaccinations. Exotic pets are strictly prohibited.
Should your room require additional deep cleaning due to the presence of pets, we reserve the right to charge a $50 per hour cleaning fee to the credit card on file.
How Many Vehicles Can I Bring to Palm Canyon Hotel & RV Resort?
Hotel and glamping reservations include one vehicle per room or site. RV reservations include one habitable and one non-habitable vehicle per site, and both must be parked completely on the site. If availability allows, we may be able to accommodate extra vehicles for a fee of $5 per day/$25 per week. All vehicle license numbers must be recorded at the Main Office and anyone operating a motor vehicle must have a valid driver’s license. On-site vehicle maintenance is strictly prohibited.
How Many Guests Are Included in the Rate for Each RV Site?
Unless otherwise stated, 2 adult guests are included in the rate for each RV site. Children under the age of 6 may stay free of charge. Additional guests may stay for a charge of $5 per person per day. Unless otherwise stated, there is a six-guest maximum (including children) per RV site.
What Do I Do If I Lost an Item?
Management suggests keeping your valuables locked up. Please report any lost or stolen items to the Main Office immediately.
When Are Quiet Hours?
Quiet hours are 10:00p.m.–8:00a.m. Please be courteous to other guests around you. Profanity or violence towards others will not be tolerated. And loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave.

What Is Your Smoking Policy?
Smoking is prohibited in all accommodations (including Airstreams) at Palm Canyon Hotel & RV Resort as well as within 25 feet of any building or entrance. Outdoor smoking is permitted in designated locations only. Any violation of the no-smoking policy may result in a fine of up to $250.
What Is This Resort Fee?
Every reservation at Palm Canyon Hotel & RV Resort requires an additional resort fee. The Resort Fee is $22 for hotel rooms and $13 for RV guests and is included in the rate. This fee allows us to maintain our mighty fine communal amenities—like our pools, picnic areas and fitness center. The resort fee also includes cookies or treats on arrival, and pool access.
